How Do Trade Shows Benefit You!

Trade shows are one of the most vital elements in the launch of any new product, and as such, they play a crucial role in the promotional campaign for any invention that we represent. These large, highly publicized events typically range from 2 to 4 days in length on average, and are usually filled with the excitement of business being conducted and new products and services being promoted by all. Exhibiting companies are there to take advantage of the opportunity to display their inventory, solidify established industry and media contacts, and forge new partnerships with retailers and distributors. Attendees come from all walks of industry and often represent some of the biggest names in business.

 

What is Invent-Tech’s Trade Show presence like?

At each show, Invent-Tech exhibits in a large, prominent and very impressive multi-space modular booth that provides visitors with an immediate eye-catching visual overview of who we are, what we are promoting, and what kind of companies we are looking to explore opportunities with. As we interact with visitors, we make it immediately clear that we have an Invention DataVault full of clever inventions and that we have a variety of convenient ways in which we can share those that may be relevant to their company's needs. In most cases, we conduct a needs analysis and establish a channel of communication where we subsequently follow up with each other after the event concludes. Our seasoned Manufacturer Response Team then provides each inquiry with a highly relevant sampling of related inventions. And in return, the potential licensees provide us with access, real consideration, and their undivided attention outside of the noisy trade show environment – an ideal situation for all parties involved.
Additionally, Invent-Tech always has at least one staff member on the event floor making the rounds and speaking with the different exhibitors. This is also a vital part of the trade show process, as we get the opportunity to see first-hand what kind of product lines the company may carry, as well as to obtain the name of, and perhaps even meet, the individual in charge of new product development. We are then able to gather inventions from our database that constitute a good match for the company based on their requirements and present them at a later date.

The most beautiful convention center has been recently inaugurated in San Juan, Puerto Rico and it has become the home for Hardware Expo with its new addition of Construction Products and Industrial Exhibits. With a capacity of more than 900 booths the Puerto Rico Convention Center Hall open to grater business possibilities within the industry enabling Puerto Rico to reach a bigger segment of the market and attracting more buyers from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean islands. This marvel will be the most elegant venue your company ever exhibited. Located a few blocks from the official hotel of the show and very easy to reach from every corner of Puerto Rico and just a 10 minutes taxi ride from the Luis MuÒoz MarÌn International Airport, will surely welcome buyers not only from Puerto Rico, but also from the Caribbean islands.

Trade Show Notice

Many of the shows at which we exhibit or attend are geared towards industry professionals. In fact many are not even open to the general public. For these industry only events, you will NOT be granted access to the show based solely on fact that Invent-Tech is representing your product.

Invent-Tech will NOT assist you in your travel plans, obtaining entry badges or paying your personal entrance fees. Personal entry fees can range from $25 to $500 per entry. Physical prototypes of submitted invention ideas are not displayed at these trade shows. Invent-Tech places great value in the relationships we have with our clients; however tradeshows are not an appropriate venue to meet and greet our clients but rather a place for us to work with industry professionals to make contacts and promote YOUR product.
